Retailers, join us for an h+h americas trade show planning session! With the show just a few weeks away, now is the time to review the exhibitor list, set goals specific to your business, and making preparations for a successful experience.

For this session, four experienced brick-and-mortar retailers (two quilt shop owners and two yarn shop owners) will share their specific show floor strategy with you. Plus, you’ll have dedicated time to develop your own show strategy based on the collective wisdom of the whole group.

We’ll consider how to:

  • Create relationships with the vendors you don’t already know but are interested in building a relationship with
  • Set a dollar budget before you enter the show floor, allocating specific amounts to various categories, taking delivery dates into account
  • Evaluate show specials and decide which purchases to make at the show, and which to make afterwards
